Banana with cacao nibs

It is so great to make delicious recipes the whole family enjoys. Better nutrition for everyone’s health with
no processed sugar, no dairy, no meat, no manufactured sauces. Use organic food where possible, your body will thank you.

- 2 Ready to eat Bananas Diced
- Cacao Nibs Whole or crushed – cacao nibs can be bought whole or already lightly crushed
- Dice the bananas
- Crush the Cacao Nibs smaller – We placed some cacao nibs inside a cloth and tapped lightly with a hammer or use a mortar & pesal
Place the diced banana onto a plate already coated with sprinkled crushed Cacao Nibs, turn each banana over to coat it with more Cacao Nibs. Enjoy.

Diagnosed Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis in 1997 at 27 with two young children and not knowing then which way to turn, I ended up following the path on prescribed medication, eating all the wrong foods and using the incorrect energy vibrations .
